Who it fits

Made for the job this shape does

If your book has a different job, pick the shape that matches — a freebie that takes a weekend to read does not get signups.

Good ideas

  • Sourdough for tiny rented kitchens
  • Phone photography for market sellers
  • Basic plumbing every renter should know

Better shapes

A finished how-to guide, grown from one sentence. Nothing retouched.

Example outline: Small Space Sourdough

  1. Keep a starter alive in a rented kitchen
  2. Pantry tools that earn their shelf
  3. Your first loaf, start to finish
  4. Three foolproof loaves to rotate
  5. Flat bread? A calm troubleshooting guide
  6. The bake-day checklist

Every outline is editable. Regenerate titles (1 credit) or the whole outline (3) before you build.

How it works

Three steps. One of them is waiting.

You make the decisions. Bookseed does the typing. Close the tab if you like, the book keeps growing on our side.

Step one

Describe the book

Write one sentence. Bookseed infers the book type, the reader and the tone, and asks you to confirm.

About a minute
Step two

Shape the plan

Pick from three titles or write your own. Read the table of contents, rename chapters, ask for a second draft.

Two or three minutes
Step three

Let it grow

Every chapter is written, then polished with callouts, tables and lists. The cover is painted, the PDF typeset and the EPUB and Word files prepared. You get an email when it is done.

Around fifteen minutes for a guide

Common questions

How much does a how-to guide cost?

A how-to guide costs 40 credits to build. Titles cost 1 credit, a fresh outline 3. New accounts start with 35 free credits.

How detailed are the steps?

Each chapter covers one stage of the skill: what to do, why it matters, a worked example and the mistakes to avoid. Tell the generator the reader level in your sentence and it pitches the detail to match.

What can I read for free?

Every plan generates the whole book, cover included. On the free plan you can read the first two chapters in the flip-book preview, with no card needed.

Is the finished book really mine?

Yes. The idea and the finished book are yours — publish it, sell it, print it. We claim no rights in either.

What if a chapter misses my voice?

Rewrite it. The first rewrite of every chapter is free; further rewrites cost credits, shown before you confirm.

What happens if I close the tab while it is generating?

Nothing is lost. Generation runs on our servers, not in your browser. Close the tab, shut your laptop, come back later. You get an email when the book is ready.
